What data we process

The data you send us through the website form (name, company, email, phone, country, message and, if any, the product you are asking about) and the data you give us when you write to us by email or on WhatsApp.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, send you information and quotes and, if you become a customer, to manage our business relationship.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation) and, if a business relationship follows, the performance of the contract and compliance with our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The providers of our technical services only access it as data processors: Netlify, Inc., which hosts the website and receives the form, and our email provider. Netlify is based in the United States; the transfer is covered by the GDPR safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). If you write to us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that data under its own terms.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, ask us to restrict it or request its portability by writing to fantasytc@fantasytc.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
